This page explains how to request deletion of the data ClientBranch (operated by National Entertainment Group) holds about you, including any data obtained through connected Facebook or Instagram accounts.
If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram business account to ClientBranch, we store the connection and the messages exchanged with your contacts so they appear in your inbox. To remove this:
In ClientBranch, go to Settings → Channels and click Disconnect. This immediately stops new messages from arriving and removes the connection and its stored access token.
You can also revoke access from Facebook directly at Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, which removes ClientBranch's access to your Page and Instagram account.
Request full deletion of your data
To request deletion of all personal data we hold about you, or the data of your contacts, email support@clientbranch.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Data deletion request". Tell us which account or connection the request relates to.
We will verify the request and delete the associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations. We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
Your connected Facebook/Instagram access tokens and connection records.
Messages and conversations stored in your inbox that originated from those channels.
Contact records and identities created from those messages, on request.
