This Privacy Policy explains how National Entertainment Group ("we", "us", "our"), which operates the ClientBranch platform at clientbranch.com (the "Service"), collects, uses, and protects information. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
If you or your contacts provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we use it to send the messages described in our SMS & Messaging Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support the Service (such as our messaging provider) is permitted solely to deliver the messages you request. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for any other purpose.
ClientBranch offers an optional Google Calendar connection. If you choose to connect a Google account, we request only the narrowest scopes that its two features need:
We deliberately do not request the full https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar scope. ClientBranch never lists, creates, deletes, or changes the sharing of your calendars; the calendar to sync is entered by you as a calendar ID. The only Google endpoints ClientBranch calls are the free/busy query and the events collection of that one calendar.
Google calendar data is used only to provide these scheduling features to you. It is stored only for as long as the connection is active, is never sold, is never used for advertising, and is never shared with anyone other than the Google APIs themselves. Disconnecting Google in Settings, or deleting your account, deletes the stored tokens and synced event references. ClientBranch's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
ClientBranch includes optional AI writing tools for marketing content: drafting a landing page, drafting a blog post, suggesting SEO title and description text, and drafting a course sales page. These tools run on an API key that you supply and connect yourself, to a provider you choose (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google). They are the only place in ClientBranch where any AI or machine learning model is used.
Those AI features receive only the marketing brief you type plus your business name, page title, or draft post text. Google user data is never sent to any AI or machine learning model. Calendar events, busy/free times, calendar names, and the connected Google account address are architecturally isolated from the AI code paths and are never used, transferred, or sold to create, train, improve, or fine-tune any generalized or foundational AI or ML model, whether ours or a third party's, in raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived form.
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your data as described below.
We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and review our practices regularly.
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
