The Zoom and Google Meet alternative for hypnotherapists

Zoom runs the call.
ClientBranch runs the whole session.

Booking, the intake form, the session, the recording in your client's hands and your notes on their record. One link for them, one place for you, and nothing to copy between apps afterwards.

The problem is not the call

The hour is easy. It is everything around it.

Zoom and Google Meet are good at one thing: putting two faces on a screen. A session is more than that, and the rest lands on you, every client, every week.

A session on Zoom or Meet

Seven apps, and you are the glue between them

Zoom or MeetBooking appForms appPaymentsCloud driveNotes appEmail tool
  • Copy the meeting link into the booking, and hope they find it
  • Chase the intake form the night before
  • Download the recording, cut it, upload it, email a link
  • Type notes somewhere nobody else can find them
  • Remember who to follow up with, and when

A session on ClientBranch

One place, and it remembers who the client is

ClientBranch
  • Every booking carries the client's own Join button
  • Your intake form is filled in before they reach the room
  • Press Send and the session lands on their own listening page
  • Notes and an AI summary file themselves on their record
  • Attendance tags start your follow up on their own

Fewer no shows

A deposit at booking, reminders that carry their own Join button, and paid rooms they settle before the waiting room opens. Clients turn up, and the ones who do not have already paid.

You look like a practice, not a meeting link

Your name on the room, your logo and welcome video in the lobby, their name filled in when they arrive, and their recording on a page with your business on it. It feels like your therapy room from the first tap.

Your evenings back

No pasting links into bookings, no chasing forms, no downloading and uploading recordings, no copying notes across. That admin happens for every client, every week, and now it happens without you.

One client, start to finish

Follow Sarah's stop smoking session

You do the hypnosis. Watch what happens around it without you lifting a finger.

STEP 1

She books, and gets her own link

Your booking page takes the appointment and the deposit. Her confirmation and reminders carry a Join your session button that belongs to her alone. No passcode to type, no link to hunt for, no chance of walking in on another client.

STEP 2

She fills in your intake first

Health questions and consent, completed before she reaches the room and saved straight onto her contact. You start the session knowing what you need to know.

STEP 3

She taps the link and waits calmly

No download, no account, her name already filled in. She waits in your branded waiting room until you let her in, so sessions never overlap.

STEP 4

You run the session, not the software

A timer only you can see keeps you on time. Recording asks her consent first. If you use a music bed, one tap sends it clean. Everything you need is in the room, nothing you do not is in the way.

STEP 5

Your notes write themselves

Type private notes as you go, or let AI session notes write a summary with key points and next steps. Both are filed on her record when you end.

STEP 6

She has the MP3 tonight

Trim the chat at the start, choose audio, press Send. She gets an email with her own private page to listen every night, the reinforcement that makes the session stick.

STEP 7

The follow up starts itself

She is tagged as attended, so your next session offer, your check in or your review request goes out on its own. Missed it? The no show follow up handles that too.

Everything in the room

Built for 1:1 sessions, groups and webinars

Every one of these is a switch on the room. Turn on what fits your practice, leave the rest off.

Webinars that fill your diary

Present to a room of prospects, run live polls, take questions, and put a Book your program button on every screen at the moment it lands, on a countdown if you like. Then turn the recording into a replay page with the same offer.

Group sessions and classes

Weight loss groups, sleep classes, self hypnosis training. Everyone joins muted, raises a hand to speak, and you can mute anyone, lock the room or hand a co-host the controls.

Paid rooms

Set a price and people pay on your own Stripe before they reach the waiting room. A no show has already paid.

AI session notes

A summary with key points and next steps, written from the session and filed on the client's record.

Music mode

Use a music bed? One tap stops the call treating it as noise and sends full quality stereo.

Background blur

Seeing clients from home or a hotel room? Blur the room behind you, or choose a calm picture.

Your branded lobby

Your logo, a cover image and a welcome video in the waiting room, so the first thing they see is your practice.

Attendance that sells

Who came, how long they stayed and who clicked your offer, tagged on every contact for the right follow up.

Questions

What hypnotherapists ask before switching

Is this better than Zoom or Google Meet for my sessions?

For the call itself, all three put you and your client on screen. The difference is everything around the call. ClientBranch gives each client their own link from their booking, collects your intake form before they join, sends the recording to them as an MP3, files your notes and an AI summary on their record, and starts your follow up. On Zoom or Meet, each of those is another app or a job you do by hand.

Do my clients need to download anything or make an account?

No. They tap their link and join in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. If they open it inside Facebook or Instagram, the page shows them how to open it properly, and if their browser blocks the camera, it shows them the exact fix for their device.

Can I record a session and give it to my client?

Yes, when you allow recording on the room. Everyone is told when recording starts and asked to stay or leave first. Afterwards, trim the small talk, choose audio or video, and press Send. Your client gets an email with their own private page to listen from, and you decide whether they can download it. You can also have it sent automatically.

What about my notes and client records?

Type private notes during the session, and switch on AI session notes for a summary with key points and next steps. Both are filed on the client's contact record when you end, next to their booking, intake form and attendance.

Can I run group sessions and webinars too?

Yes. Meeting rooms put everyone on camera for groups and classes. Webinar rooms put you on stage while the audience watches, chats, asks questions and answers polls, and you can show an offer button on every screen, then turn the recording into a replay page.

Do I have to leave Zoom or Meet straight away?

No. Run both during the 15-day free trial. Point one calendar at your new room, see how your next few clients find it, and move the rest when you are ready.

What does it cost?

Meetings and webinars are part of the Growth plan at $97 a month, which also runs your booking, client records, forms, email follow up, website and payments. The trial is 15 days with every feature switched on and no card needed.

Give your next client the whole session, not just the call

Start the trial, make your session room in a couple of minutes, and book yourself as a test client. Join from the email, record a few minutes, and send yourself the MP3. If it does not beat what you use now, walk away and pay nothing.
